Rock Climbing
Within a few hundred metres of the camp is a unique rock climbing area with routes of differing technical levels. The climbing area “Balladrum” is within a short walking distance and the numerous climbing routes of the Maggia Valley are only a few kilometres away from Arcegno. Also for boulder climbers, there are many opportunities to practice virtually at your front door.

Orienteering walks and trekking paths
All fans of Orienteering walking and Trekking paths find many opportunities to practice in only a short distance from the camp.

Biking
In the vicinity of the camp are many mountain-bike trails of all levels.

Thanks to it’s central location in a beautiful green, wooded environment onlya few kilometres from Ascona, Locarno, the lake of “Maggiore” and the localvalleys the Camp is the ideal base for many forms of educational andsporting groups.

During your stay all groups are covered by the “Ticino Ticket” which coversfree travel with public transport and also offers reduced prices on mountain railway, ships and tourist attractions throughout the area.
